BREAD

in loaf we toastally crust

Availability: on Fridays only as of 15h30.

There are a few non-negotiables in life and good bread is one of those things. Life’s muchissimo too short for f*cked-up spongy bread.

But you all know how oddly hard it can be to get a comforting loaf of bread.

Well, breaking news: Search no more. At least on Fridays. ‘cause we got THE bread for you. Hunks of sourdough are assured from now on.

You’ll even devour the first slice and toast the last after a week. If it survives this long.

Our bread is coming to you straight from “Die Brotpuristen”, dudettes & dudes who basically found out that nobody needs puff pastry and 50 other products in a bakery if your bread is killing it.

Sebastian Däuwel and his squad believe that the more you leave out, the more pristine and refined the taste will be. That is the purist thing about their bread. They don’t tie a bow around it either. They just make bread. Period.

That’s why people queue up in front of “Die Brotpuristen” to get a decent bread in times of industrial quick baked bread with tons of chemical stuff in it that will eventually kill your tummy.
Plus, “Die Brotpuristen” has a pretty cool philosophy going on: they don’t do night shifts nor weekend-work and the shop is only open in the afternoon. Result: happy bakers. And you can taste that!

Each Friday starting from 15h30 we offer 6 kinds of bread:
    • Oli – olive (vegan, lactose free)
    • Nutty – walnut-hazelnut (vegan, lactose free)
    • Roggi – 100% rye (vegan, lactose free)
    • Wheat (vegan, lactose free)
    • Spelt (lactose free)
    • Oil Seed (vegan, lactose free)
They’re all:
    • Based on the most incredible sourdough.
    • Limited.
    • Immensely great.
Attention please: please note that the availabilities may vary so please check before popping in and also reserve your bread in advance.  We don’t wanna create food waste neither!
